Audio isn't working on your iPad?

If the audio doesn't appear to be working, it's most likely that the mute button is turned on.  Some apps ignore the mute button, so you may hear audio in some of your other apps even if it is turned on.  In our apps, we have decided to honor the mute button if it's turned on.  Here's how to check:

First, make sure the volume is turned up on your device, using the buttons on the side.

Second, swipe upwards from off the bottom edge of your device's screen to bring up the Control Center menu:

Look for the bell icon.  If it is lit up white like pictured above, mute is "on".  Tap the icon to turn mute "off".  It should look like this now:

Audio should now be working in the app!

Need to restore your purchases?

Next, in the store, tap the "Restore" (All Purchases) button and follow the on-screen instructions:

Your purchases should now be restored!

If you purchased any of our in-app purchases and needed to re-install the app at a later time, you can restore them without having to pay again.

First, go to the home menu in the app, and tap the "store" button:

Games too hard for your child?

Each game has an "Easy" and a "Hard" mode.  If your child is struggling in a game, or if it's too easy for them, check what mode that particular mini-game is set to.

While in the game, tap the "Pause" button and find the "Options" button:

Change the difficulty and have fun!
